Placing An Order
We're open to take orders 24 hours a day by e-mail or by fax. Telephone orders may be placed Monday through Friday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time.

Please provide the following information when ordering:
1. End user's name, institute (if applicable), and telephone number.
2. Shipping address
3. Purchasing agent's name and telephone number
4. Billing address
5. Catalog number
6. Quantity and size of product, or quantity of service item
7. Valid purchase order number
8. For payment using Visa® or MasterCard®, please give the name on the card, the account
number, and the expiration date.

Returns, Changes, or Cancellations
In the case that any returns, changes, or cancellations need to be made, please consult with one of our customer service representatives for instructions. A charge may or may not be assessed based on circumstances involved in the specific transaction.

Terms
At times specifications may need to be changed, we reserve the right to remove or change specifications, including price, without notification. Please contact a customer service representative for up-to-date information.

Payment terms are net 30 days in US dollars.

Standing Orders
For your convenience, you can place a single order and schedule periodic shipments to ensure a steady supply in the laboratory. Ask our customer service representative to set up payment terms, shipping dates, and other provisions to fit your needs.

Shipping
Subject to product availability, orders placed before 12 pm will be shipped on that same day via UPS standard ground. Orders placed after 12 pm will be shipped via UPS standard ground the next day. Express and overnight shipping is available when requested.

Orders requiring dry ice will be shipped overnight for delivery on the next business day.

Conditions
All our products and reagents generated from our services are intended to be used for research or laboratory purposes only.   Products are not to be used on humans or for any other purposes.

Limited Warranty
Products:
Our products and undergo testing to ensure that all products meet our standard of quality and reliability.   If you experience any incongruencies, then contact us and we will replace the product at no charge.   However, no other warranties of any kind, explicit or implied, are provided.   MTR Scientific hold no liability for any damages arising out of use, the result of use, or the inability to use any product.

Services:
Our services are performed using the latest technologies and with our best effort.    It is understood that bacause of the resaerch nature of the services, we can not guarantee the outcome of our services. We will, on request, under conditions described in each service contract, repeat the service once at no charge.  However, no other warranties of any kind, explicit or implied, are provided.   MTR Scientific hold no liability for any damages arising out of use, the result of use, or the inability to use any reagents generated from our services.
