The service is provided in confirmation, single-strand, or double-strand accuracy. It includes primer design and synthesis, final assembly of individual sequences, database search and DNA sequence analysis. A final report is accomplished with this service. Service Description The service includes 1 )design of sequencing strategy in confirmation, single-strand or double-strand accuracy, 2) grow and purify sufficient amout of plasmid DNA for sequencing, 3) design and primer synthesis, 4) DNA sequencing and anlysis on an ABI PRISM Genetic Analyzer, 5) sequences assembly. A final report with individual chromatograms, sequence alignment, final aligned sequence is accomplished with this service. Difference in confirmation, single-strand and double-strand accuracy Materials required for the service Service guarantee Confirmation, single-strand or double-strand accuracy. * For plasmids contain repeats that can not be resolved by standard sequencing method, additional charge will be added to the project to cover the cost of PCR fragment cloning. Time required for the service Confirmation and Single-strand accuracry: 1-3 kb per week Double-strand accuracy: 0.5-2 kb per week Additional time is required for large project and primer synthesis.
