More information Back to the Top ClearBandTM DNA Sample Loading Buffer ClearBandTM is a 5X DNA sample loading buffer with a small, orange tracking dye, designed to optimize DNA visualization on electrophoresis gels. The common blue tracking dyes, xylene cyanole and bromophenol blue, used in traditional DNA sample loading buffer mask the intensity of DNA bands in the 3-4 kb and 200-500 bp regions, respectively.
